The Market Common, Myrtle Beach, SC
Well a lot have been asking about the new development in Myrtle Beach, SC called the Market Common. It really isn't that new as it has been in plans for years before construction started last year, but it sure is going up quickly as the first phase is supposed to open for business the first week of April 2008. There are homes being built around the area in Withers Preserve along with apartments and townhomes being built around the Market Commons. This will really be an epicenter for the southern end of Myrtle Beach drawing people from all areas of the Grand Strand as there will be retail shops, grocery stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, and places to live all within the complex.
